Exclusive to loyal players
At 188bets, the more you play, the more the platform gives back. The VIP Program has five tiers — from Bronze to Diamond — each offering higher cashback, increased limits, exclusive bonuses, and a level of service that truly makes a difference day to day.
Program levels
Each level brings bigger and more exclusive benefits. You start at Bronze automatically when you register and move up by accumulating points with every bet.
How to earn points

What you get
Each level of the 188bets VIP Program 188bets comes with real, tangible perks — not just promises on paper. Here's what's available to VIP members.
Every Monday, the 188bets automatically credits your cashback based on your net losses from the previous week. No request, no waiting — the amount is already in your account when you wake up.
From Gold level onwards, you get access to a dedicated VIP manager available via chat and WhatsApp. They know your profile, speed up withdrawals, alert you to personalized promotions, and handle any issue with full priority.
Silver VIP members and above have priority withdrawal queues. Gold members receive Pix in up to 5 minutes. Platinum and Diamond process in up to 2 minutes — or virtually instant for Diamond members.
Each VIP level has access to exclusive slots and Sports Betting tournaments, with BRL prize pools not available to players outside the program. Diamond tournaments feature up to R$ 50,000.00 in total prizes.
VIP members receive monthly reload bonuses with higher percentages and more favorable terms than standard promotions. Platinum and Diamond members get personalized bonuses tailored to their playing profile.
Members from Silver level up have progressively higher daily bet and withdrawal limits. At Diamond level, limits are negotiated individually with your VIP manager — no fixed cap on bets for major events.
How to participate
There's no separate sign-up, special form, or fee. You're automatically enrolled at the Bronze level the moment you create your account at 188bets and levels up by betting on the games you already follow.
Sign up at 188bets with your CPF and email in under 2 minutes. Once you confirm your registration, you're automatically placed in the Bronze tier of the VIP Program.
Deposit via Pix from R$ 20.00 and start betting on football, e-sports, slots, Live Casino, or any other game. Every BRL wagered automatically earns VIP points.
Your points update in real time on your account dashboard. You can track your progress toward the next level at any time, from your phone or computer.
Once you reach the points threshold for the next level, the upgrade happens automatically. Your new level's benefits kick in right away — including the higher cashback starting the very next Monday.
The VIP Program by the Numbers
Everything About the VIP Program
Most sportsbooks have some kind of loyalty program, but few actually deliver in practice. The difference is in the details — and the VIP Program at 188bets was built with experienced players in mind — those who know what they want: real cashback, fast withdrawals, and support that never keeps you waiting. Five levels, automatic progression, and benefits you'll actually notice day to day, not just on paper.
When you sign up at 188betsyou're automatically placed in the Bronze level. No request needed, nothing extra to fill out. From there, every bet you place — whether on Brasileirão Série A, the Libertadores, slots like Fortune Tiger or Gates of Olympus, e-sports like CS2 and League of Legends, or Live Casino tables — earns VIP points that are visible in real time on your account dashboard. Once you reach the points threshold for the next level, the upgrade happens automatically and your new benefits activate immediately.
Cashback is the most tangible and frequent benefit of the program. Every Sunday, 188bets calculates net losses for the week and by Monday the credit is already in your account — no request needed, no expiry deadline. At the Bronze level you already receive 3% cashback. At Gold that figure rises to 8%, and at Diamond it reaches 15%. For frequent bettors, this weekly return makes a tangible difference to your balance over the course of a month.
One of the most valued benefits among Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members at 188bets is access to a personal VIP manager. Not a generic chatbot — a real person who knows your history on the platform, understands which sports you follow, and is available to speed up withdrawals, communicate personalized promotions, and resolve any issue before it becomes a problem.
You know that moment when you want to withdraw after a good night on the slots and something holds up the process? At Gold level and above, a message to your VIP manager sorts it out in minutes — no waiting in the general support queue. For Platinum and Diamond members, the manager also has access to tools to create personalized bonuses based on each player's profile. It's tailored service, not standard.
On top of the cashback and monthly bonuses, the 188bets hosts exclusive tournaments for VIP members in different formats. In slots tournaments, participants compete for points on selected games within a set time window. In Sports Betting tournaments, the criteria are typically total volume wagered or cumulative returns on specific events such as Brasileirão rounds or Libertadores stages.
Diamond tournament prize pools reach R$ 50,000.00 distributed among the top finishers. Even outside Diamond, Gold and Platinum tournaments carry meaningful prize pools — especially considering that entry is exclusive to members of each respective level, which reduces the competition. For e-sports fans, there are dedicated tournaments during major events such as IEM CS2, CBLOL, and VCT Americas.
Another thing that sets VIP members apart at 188bets is withdrawal speed and limits. Bronze players have Pix processed at the standard time. From Silver onwards, withdrawals enter a priority queue. Gold has guaranteed Pix in up to 5 minutes. Platinum in up to 2 minutes. Diamond is virtually instant — no queue, no wait.
Daily withdrawal limits also increase with your VIP level. For anyone who hits a big jackpot or has a strong week in e-sports, this makes a real difference — you won't be held back by a low limit that forces you to withdraw in multiple installments. Platinum and Diamond members have limits negotiated directly with their VIP manager, which in practice means complete flexibility for those who play at higher volumes.
If you want to level up faster, the strategy is straightforward: focus your bets on the categories with the highest point multipliers. Progressive slots and live casino earn 15 and 12 points per R$10.00 wagered respectively — more than football and e-sports. If you already play Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, or sit at live Baccarat tables, those games will significantly speed up your progress in the program.
Worth noting: points accumulate on all bets, not just winning ones. Placed a bet and lost? The points are still credited. This keeps your progress consistent and independent of results — you move forward simply by playing, regardless of how lucky you were that week. With deposit via Pix from R$ 20.00, with funds available in seconds, the 188bets takes care of everything so you can stay focused on playing and moving up the program.
Why 188bets VIP?
The cashback at 188bets doesn't need to be claimed, doesn't expire in 24 hours, and has no unreasonable rollover. It lands in your account automatically every Monday and you can use it to bet on whatever you like that week — football, slots, e-sports, or Live Casino.
You don't need to request a level upgrade, contact support, or meet any specific targets within a given period. At 188bets, points accumulate in real time and your level upgrades automatically once you hit the required score — it's that simple.
The promise of "fast withdrawals" is common in the market, but Platinum and Diamond members at 188bets process Pix withdrawals in under 2 minutes, no queue, any time of day. For anyone who hits a jackpot in the middle of the night, that's no small detail.
The exclusive tournaments at 188bets pay out real BRL prizes — not extra points or credits with no practical value. And since participation is limited to members at the same tier, there's less competition and better odds of winning than in open tournaments.
