Everything about accessing your account
How Login Works at 188bets
Logging in to your account at 188bets is straightforward: email or CPF, password, and you're in. That said, there are a few things worth knowing — about security, password recovery, and what to do if you run into trouble logging in.
Logging In to 188bets on Mobile or Desktop
The platform at 188bets is fully responsive — it works just as well on Android, iPhone, and desktop, with no app download required. To log in, go to https://188bets.wine in your device's browser, click "Log In" in the top right corner, and enter your registered email or CPF along with your password.
The login field accepts both your email address and your CPF in numeric format (11 digits only, no punctuation). If you use your phone's autofill for passwords, the 188bets is compatible with the native password managers on Android and iOS — making login even faster.
Once logged in, you land directly on your account dashboard, where you can view your available balance, bonus balance, current VIP Program level and navigate to any area of the platform — live betting on the Brasileirão, slots, live casino or your full financial history including all Pix deposits and withdrawals.
If you checked "Remember me" on your last login, the 188bets keeps your session active for a period of time. On shared devices, avoid using this option to protect access to your account.
Forgot Your Password — How to Recover Access
Forgot your password to access 188bets? It's a quick process. On the login page, click "Forgot password" below the password field. Enter the email linked to your account and you'll receive a reset link within minutes — check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
The reset link is valid for a limited time for security reasons. Once you click it, you'll be taken to a page to create a new password. Use a password you don't use anywhere else — the more unique it is, the better protected your account on the 188bets.
If you no longer have access to your registered email or are running into issues with the recovery process, contact 188bets via live chat. The team will verify your identity and help restore your access. It helps to have your registered CPF and details about your last deposit or withdrawal on hand — this speeds up the account ownership confirmation process.
188bets will never ask for your password by email, phone, or chat. If you receive a message like that, ignore it — it may be a phishing attempt. The only secure way to reset your password is through the "Forgot my password" button on the official site's login page.
Your 188bets Account Security
Every time you log in to 188bets, the connection is protected by SSL encryption — your data travels securely between your device and the platform's servers. Passwords are stored with cryptographic hashing: not even the team at 188bets never has access to your actual password — only a hash that cannot be reversed.
Beyond encryption, the platform monitors unusual access patterns — logins from new locations, multiple failed password attempts, or simultaneous access from different devices. When something out of the ordinary is detected, 188bets may require an additional confirmation before granting access.
On your end, a few simple habits make a real difference: use a password you don't use anywhere else; never share your login credentials with anyone — not even people you trust; and always access the site through the official address https://188bets.wine. If you have any concerns about your account's security, the live chat at 188bets is available 24 hours a day to help.
Blocked or Suspended Account — What to Do
In some cases, account access at 188bets may be temporarily locked. This can happen for a few reasons: too many incorrect password attempts in a row (temporary security lockout), a pending identity verification request, a voluntary break or self-exclusion that is still active, or a security review initiated by the compliance team.
If you tried to log in and saw a message saying your account is locked or suspended, the fastest route is the live chat at 188bets. Our team identifies the reason for the block and walks you through the next steps — it's usually resolved within minutes when it's a temporary password-related lock.
For pending identity verifications (KYC), the team will guide you through the required documents — typically a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and, in some cases, proof of address. Once submitted, the process is completed within a few hours. The 188bets does not block deposits during verification — only withdrawal processing is subject to KYC approval.
If you activated self-exclusion or a temporary break on 188bets yourself and the period hasn't ended yet, it's not possible to restore access before it expires. This is by design — it's one of the Responsible Gambling safeguards.
Mobile Login: Tips for Faster Access
Most Brazilian bettors access 188bets on mobile — during a work break, before a Flamengo match or to follow a live CS2 game. A few settings can make this everyday access even faster and more secure.
In Chrome for Android and Safari for iPhone, you can save the 188bets on your phone's home screen — it works like an app shortcut, opening the site directly without having to type the address. The process is simple: open the site, tap the three-dot menu in your browser, and select "Add to Home Screen".
Using your phone's native password manager to store your 188bets makes logging in even faster — just confirm with biometrics (fingerprint or face recognition) and your password is filled in automatically. It's more secure than using an easy-to-remember password and more convenient than typing it every time. 188bets is compatible with Android Autofill and iPhone iCloud Keychain.
Take Advantage of Active Promotions After Login
After logging into your account on the 188bets, it's always worth checking the promotions section in your dashboard — active offers for the day, including reload bonuses on special football dates (Brasileirão rounds, Libertadores group stage, local derbies), e-sports promotions and live casino cashback.
VIP Program members can find their current-tier exclusive benefits right in their dashboard: weekly cashback available for withdrawal, monthly reload bonuses, and — for Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels — direct contact with their dedicated personal manager. All visible as soon as you log in to 188bets, without having to search for it.
If you don't have an account at 188bets, the welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 on your first deposit is still available. Registration is free, takes under 3 minutes, and a Pix deposit from R$ 20.00 automatically activates the bonus. It's the fastest way to start betting with extra funds in your account.
